It takes around an hour sailing to Anegada at a leisurly cruising speed of 8 knots. This means you can enjoy the early morning breeze while watching the waves accompanying the boat.
Anegada is different from all the other islands in the BVI as it consists entirely of coral, unlike the other volcanic islands.
You take the tender ashore and enjoy the day at the beach and a dinner at one of the five restaurants, famous for their fresh lobster (reservations needed). Alternatively, you can take the ride (taxi or transfer organised by the crew) to Loblolly Bay known for its beautiful beach, Caribbean lifestyle and excellent snorkeling on the reef. If you are lucky, you may even spot the famous Flamingos on your way to the North of the Island.
The beach is located on the Atlantic side; so the waves are a bit larger here.
A small hotel resort on the beach can be your stopover for lunch and a cocktail.
